Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 2 x 10 minutes HIIT on the bike plus 22 minutes on the mini-trampoline ( had to keep it short and have an unexpected visit to a sick friend - but did enough
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - even with unplanned intake at friend's house
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes - both the planned and pre-popped evening popcorn I took with me AND the 6 arrowroot cookies from her cupboard ....

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, got in a 40 minute walk and ending the day with almost 14,000 steps
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under calorie budget
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
I DID IT!!! No pass days at all in January and my first time in the Winner's Circle, all during my first month doing UAC. Woooot!!! Hoping to keep it up in February!6 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Recumbent Bike: 45 min, 13.4 miles
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
I cannot express how happy I am to have done something for my health for 31 days!! This group has helped me to lose 6.4 pounds and ride 282.2 miles on my bike. I would haven't given up by now, I'm sure, if it wasn't for the accountability I felt I owed to all of you.
Looking forward to another month of the same!!

Well, I thought this much discipline and exercise and low calories would have me to my "goal" by now. Time to reconsider my goal and my methods. Or just enjoy where I'm at - I can do that too! It's been a great exercise to report every day but I'm going to take Feb off from reporting. I've got a couple short trips and I don't want to be in MFP while on them But I might be back for March. Good job everyone and good luck next month!6 -

I finally went to work at 3:30 pm and worked until 10:30 pm. We have been closed for two days. Temperatures are rising and snow will be melting all weekend...weird weather4 -

The exercise minutes number is 20 too high, but the rest of the numbers are correct!
Used 2 Pass Days.
One shocker: went to a sandwich shop today and got a reasonably sized bowl of clam chowder. Was able to get nutrient data. Tonight, I noticed my face was slightly puffier than usual, so I double checked my sodium statistics- it was over 2,800 mg !!! The bowl of soup had 1,580 mg of sodium!!! I guess I really shouldn’t eat out.
Then I looked back & my average sodium per month March to Sept was under 1500 mg. But I hadn’t noticed that it’s been a little higher the past 4 months. I am going to return to eating < 1500 mg daily. I love tracking, trends, and math!!
