    Your friend, Rick

    Yes x 3

    I have problems falling asleep and staying asleep. Melatonin helps most the time. I recently learned that I can't have any caffeine after 2 pm. It really helped me sleep once I cut that out of my late afternoons.

    Yes x 3 today. Frigid, so no riding. Did riw gor 20 min and do pool exercises for 60.

    Sleep is very much tied to exercise for me. If I get a reasonable amount of exercise during the day, I usually sleep pretty good. Little to no exercuse, and falling asleep is,a challenge.

    My favorite part of the day when fasting: sitting here watching my 2 and 4 year old eating dinner, the best part they never take less that 2 hours......

    Yes again. I never have enough sleep and can never sleep in. I don’t need an alarm to wake. If I go to bed at 10pm or 3am. I’m awake by 6. 😟 oh well.

    Exercise- 45 minute Zumba class, 60 minute yoga
    Calories- under by 5 with no exercise eat backs
    Tracking- yep

    As for sleep-
    Bedtime is my favorite time of day! I get my eight hours which means I go to bed ridiculously early, like now it’s 8:22pm!
    I never needed an alarm clock when I got up at 6am but 4:45am is stupid early. I use one of those alarm lights that mimics a sunrise, it’s amazing, it gives us a gentle 15-20minute slow wake up, when the birds start chirping at 4:45 we’re ready to get up. Highly, highly recommend for any one who needs to wake up at an ungodly hour.

    @BonnieHosk85 Hi Bonnie,
    In the late 90's and early 2000', I did lots of long-distance road bike tours. One principle that I was taught is that we often develop knee pain because we are spinning in too high a gear. I had to learn to use pedal cadence and lower gears to be able to do progressive (over several days) long distance 500 mile events.
    Best wishes, Rick
