How can I be so stupid I get up at 04.50 am to get a 7 mile walk in before work then I emotionally over eat to the tune of 237 calories over my allowance ~ so disappointed in myself this makes it the 3rd pass day for me10

Don't be so hard on yourself...we all do it, on occasion. I do know how you feel, though. Sometimes those early days give us more wake hours in which to falter. Tomorrow is another day. Get up, begin anew and you'll be right on track for that Winner's Circle!5 -
You guys are my team. I enjoy reading all your stories. It motivates me and keeps me going.

January 17, 2019:
My weight was super low this morning, as I have seriously increased my running mileage since the start of 2019. But it was enough that a co-worker asked me if I was doing all right, like I was starting to look ill. I feel like I should probably reassess my goals and targets, which is currently set at maintenance.
EXERCISE: Yes. Plenty of walking all day.
CALORIES: Yes. 2020 target; 2474 eaten (169g protein) - 458 burned = 2016 net.
TRACKED: Yes. Food scale is coming in handy.5 -

Sooooooo close to taking a pass today by not doing the mini-trampoline ... what with one thing and another I didn't get home from work until after 8:00; no supper until almost 9:00 .... but I ended up putting on a 13 minute forest trail virtual run, then took an extra 6 minutes to "spend the accumulated points". Almost time for bed already.6 -

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and ended under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
@RangerRickL This group has been so motivating and inspiring for me! It was exactly what I needed to get back on track after the holidays. Knowing I need to post every evening and the goal of the Winner's Circle honestly keeps me from making bad choices. I will definitely be sticking with UAC for the long-haul!7 -

Calories: Yes. Under by 131.
Tracked: Yes.
Pass days used: 23 -
@corriepelc and @BonnieHosk85 Thanks for the thanks! I needed a great accountability team and everyone on UAC needs one too. I have to show-up or I will fail you. It's easy for me to let myself fail, but it's almost impossible for me to allow me to fail you. I do screw up from time to time and open the wrong discussion or just boot it.
This month's NSV posts are so encouraging to read.
This is a wonderful team for all of us...me too!

Calorie: yes. Barely.

Yes x3. 30 mins Pilates and handstand practice. I’m noticing an improvement in my balance. That gives me the motivation to keep with it! I really want to conquer this move. I was in gymnastics as a kid and have always been comfortable kicking up into handstands and doing cartwheels. But I’ve never had the core strength or technique to actually hold a handstand. This is my year!5
