Exercised?: Yes - 1hr of vigorous cleaning (it was probably more like 2hrs, but whatever!).

I am posting a bit early but I know I have planned my dinner and it'll fit within my calories.
Exercise: Yes. 35 mine stretching with a Fitness Blender video. Everything felt sore yesterday. It was really great to stretch a bit which I don't so often enough.

It is so inspiring to know that I am a winner. It is great to be part of this challenge. I have learned so much from all of you.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes a bit under. I am struggling to get to 1200 due to my exercises and I am fasting at the moment.

Yes I exercised I did strength training for 30 mins. I was under my calories and I tracked all my food and drinks.
I haven't posted for a few days as I was traveling 😥 but I'm ready to get back to it now 🙏9 -

Exercise? Yes, short walk in the freezing cold wind chill. Decided to come in for 20 minutes indoor low impact aerobics, instead.

MFP giving me all kinds of issues tonight when attempting to log. Says MFP currently doesn't support add-ons. Don't know what the issue is. Will wait it out and see if there is a correction without my attempting to run interference.

Today was really challenging with calories, I snacked and logged and snacked and logged some more. I pre-logged my dinner and had to cut it way back because of all of my snacks. I made it but it was really hard.9 -

EXERCISE: Yes. 35 minute walk on my lunch break, plus doing the laundry included a lot of walking to and from the laundromat and a small amount of lifting. Garmin watch says 577 active calories today (MFP calls it 495 from the sync) so that's quite a bit for not having a really focused workout today.
CALORIES: Yes. 2020 target; 2082 (134g protein) consumed - 495 burned = 1587 net.
TRACKED: Yes. I got a new food scale for my desk at work and measured everything. Turns out, I use even less coffee creamer than I had been guessing!5 -

I got a new food scale for my desk at work and measured everything.
Nothing better than a scale. I've always been tempted to buy one for traveling...but then thought it might be overkill to be weighing and measuring everything on a cruise! I, religiously, use one at home everyday, though.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, left ~ 100 exercise calories in the bank but DID eat the rest.

Yes x3. Tried out some new recipes with lentils today. Even managed to sneak them into the broccoli cauliflower soup I made for supper. The kids and hubby were oblivious.
Did upper body supersets and my arms were jello afterwards. So glad to be a part of this group of winners!5 -
