    Good morning, folks.

Yesterday started off with great promise as we decided to barbecue. Pictured below is the continental breakfast at the hotel, which is pretty typical of breakfast in Brazil. Coffee, juices and a crap load of breads, cheeses, etc.

Prepping a BBQ, unfortunately, requires shopping. The grocery stores were absolutely insane to the point where the store near the house brought in a jazz duo to play music.

The end result was worth it, although it took drinking my weight in beer to get there. This is one of the trays that was being passed around. We had six kilos of assorted beef, plus sausages, grilled cheeses, etc.

    And all that to say...

    Mornin' BBB.

    Happy Christmas Eve!

Lou, am so happy for you. Why is the person facing the wall in the meat photo?

Lisa, DD17 has a real gift.

    Merry Christmas Eve
Ha. Lee I noticed that too.

Lou it looks like you’re having a great time.

Lisa I like that song your daughter sang.

Woke up around 4. Henry sounds like he keeps choking on snot? Who knows. His snoring is horrid if his head is in the wrong position too. Ha.

Well, I better get busy. The fun starts at noon here.

    Have fun everyone.
    I’ll cbl.

    Good Morning BBB.
We hit the Walmart yesterday to buy a few more hooks, doormats, and things for the RV. I also picked up ingredients for a dish that our friend would like us to bring tomorrow - Cheezy Hashbrowns - oh my - it's a dish that is a family tradition for them but WOW such crap in it and wasted fat and calories but ...
Today we are bringing my bike and our bicycles to the storage area - no need for them to be here at the RV while Tom is up north.
Lou - we feel like we are enjoying Brazil with you, even the pooping. Yes - why is the woman facing the wall?
Kelly - love the pic. Maybe Henry picked up a little bug at daycare?
    Lisa - love the song.
Sam - warming trend here starting tomorrow. I know you are right about enjoying the cooler temps while they are here but we are not in that mindset yet.
Dave - glad you are on the mend.
    Do good out there everyone.

    She knows what she did.

There was a meat station there, so I presume she was getting a piece of something.

    Morning~

Still feel like crappola! Perhaps I've developed immunity to the sweaty Italian?
Off to the Mall the day before Christmas in search of a pair of sneakers and a new cord for my iPhone car charger.
Hope all are enjoying time with friends; family; and abroad!

Lisa - what a great song by DD!

Cooper knows we have presents for him. He's sniffed out his four gifts and needs reminded that it isn't time yet. Too funny! He loves Christmas!

Sam - care to borrow a DMIL so you don't feel lonely?

Dennis - how are you feeling?

Video of Henry snoring is sure to get a laugh from BBB community.....

    Good morning BBB friends.

    Thumbs up to DD18, Lisa.

    Loving the Brazilian photos, Lou.

Feeling better, but a residual cough.

Need to bake a pecan pie, this morning, doing the first bake on twice-baked potatoes, this afternoon. Have two church services to attend this afternoon/evening: early one, at 4 (we need to be there at 3:30) where DGD has a couple major roles, then later service, at 7 (need to be there at 6:30) where the choir is singing. It will be a long day.

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • Lou doesn't need to go to a Brazilian Steakhouse. He has his own.
    • Aren't Bulldogs known for their snoring?
    • Enjoy your warm Christmas Raine. You deserve it.
    • I'm feeling well enough to work our evening church service. The inhaler is helping the cough.
    • Skip, I hope your recovery is coming soon. Dave, sounds like you are improving.
    • Enjoy Christmas Eve BBB.

Yes, bulldogs are known for their snoring. There is a series of surgical procedures to help them breath better.

Anhhh. Snoring. And surgery. I’ll find another avenue before surgery.
