Dad's house is much quieter with just Ron and I here. Lunch yesterday with grandparents and an aunt and uncle. Then church and supper with friends of dad's.
Today we are going to my sister's for lunch and games. She is about an hour away. Probably her MIL will be there too as she just lost her husband and they celebrated Christmas last night. Frostly here but no snow.

In the dark and peaceful morning hour
While my family all still sleep
