Provide Educational, Informational & Relevant Resources Across a Range of Health, Fitness, Nutrition and Weight Loss Topics

Although it's always advisable to consult a professional dietician, nutritionist or fitness trainer regarding weight loss, health and fitness questions - Most of us simply don't have the time or money to do so. While there is no question about the sheer amount of health and weight loss information readily available online, determining which sources are credible can take some work.

However, with a peer-to-peer weight loss support group, members can curate, share and discuss information resources on any relevant topic of interest. With the ultimate goals being to help members:
  • Educate Themselves on Health, Nutrition, Weight Loss & Fitness
  • Learn about Various Health Factors related to Weight Loss & Fitness
  • Learn about Special Conditions, Health Issues or Genetic Predispositions that could be Affecting your Weight Loss Planning and Success
  • Develop Personal Strategized Diet and Exercise Plans
  • Learn about Successful Goal Setting Practices for Weight Loss
  • Learn how to Create Healthy Habits & Permanent Lifestyle Changes

Provide a System that Establishes Individual Accountability for Reaching Fitness & Weight Loss Goals

When you're trying to lose weight or reach fitness goals, more often than not, you have very little support and no one to hold you accountable for not following your own diet and exercise plan. This makes it all too easy to have a bad day, get depressed, just not feel like it or otherwise blow off your own plans and goals.

Lifetime Weight Warriors members hold one another accountable for reaching their fitness goals. No, there isn't a grading or ranking system… Weight loss works differently for everyone. However, when you join a community of people who are facing similar problems, sharing plans and goals, and supporting one another - there is someone there to hold you accountable for not reaching your goals.

Some ways members stay accountable, include:
  • Participating in Check-In's (via Mobile App, Online, In-Person, At a Physical Location, and so on.)
  • Participating in Weight Loss Incentive Programs that Offer Rewards for Reaching Goals & Milestones
  • Participating in Group Challenge
  • Sharing Personal Progress & Milestone Goals (via Fitness Apps, Photos, etc.)
  • Sharing Personal Challenges & Success Stories
  • Offering Support and Encouragement when another Member Fails to Reach his/her Goals
