    wow how do u guys get to 10k steps
    i struggle to get mine to 5k.

    @kkmarc I move every chance I get.

    -laundry walk nets a lot of steps for me. I take things out of the dryer one piece at a time and fold it on the way to where it belongs

    -A quick walk to put something away instead of leaving it for later adds up and keeps my house neater

    -if I have the energy I pace while watching tv or do a few laps around the kitchen during commercials

    -when my kids were little I would put them to bed and do knee lifts, side steps etc in the hallway outside of their bedrooms. Once they got used to the routine they settled quicker knowing I was there

    thank you guys for the input
    i like the idea of pacing up and house walking.

    I used remove my fit bit once i get home now i am doing it only when i go to bed.

    would loved to go to gym but right now it's little hard with 4 month old and 2 1/2 yr old :smiley:

    keep the fitbit on whenever you are out of bed, and I bet the steps will add up quickly as you chase after the little ones (or pace the floor with a fretful baby who starts teething ... )
