Yep when I was going to the gym my instructor incorporated it into our HIIT class. It definitely raised my fitness level but as Kitkat said it is brutal!0

Do them on the trainer during a speed focused training block.0

Great for increasing Vo2 Max & improving leg speed. Brutal though and far more tiring than 4 mins of work should be.0
