Here are mine:
1. Brunch
2. Anything with kettlebells
3. Drop 50 pounds
4. Hmhm, it really depends on the day for me, but I’ll say gym. It’s motivating to see other people working towards their goals.
5. Anything with peanut butter
6. Trader Joe’s!
7. Target, Nordstrom Rack

    1. Favorite meal of the day: it really depends, but I’ll say dinner
    2. Favorite workout: I enjoyed getting into running last summer
    3. Goals for 2019: run 5mi at least x3/wk, loose weight, wear a 2 piece comfortably this summer
    4. Do you prefer the gym or outdoors?: outdoors
    5. Must-Have snack: I love fruit so I’d say strawberries or grapes
    6. Go-to place to shop for food: I LOVE Wegmans
    7. Go-to Place to find workout clothes: I like to go to the outlets. We have a Nike & Underarmour store there

    1. Favorite meal of the day: dinner because I get to sit down with my family.
    2. Favorite workout: running.
    3. Goals for 2019: get in shape by Summer. I tried last year and failed miserably. Lost motivation. Complete some more MOOCs. Find new things to love, or old things to fall back in love with. Maintain my mental health.
    4. Do you prefer the gym or outdoors? Outdoors. Booooo this wet, cold weather.
    5. Must-Have snack: junk food snack, doughnuts. healthy snack, hummus and carrots.
    6. Go-to place to shop for food: Hornings.
    7. Go-to Place to find workout clothes: Target, Old Navy, Dick's.

    2. Favorite workout... Honestly still trying to figure that out. Looking into joining a seeing dance class that sounds amazingly fun!
    3. Goals for 2019... Lose weight, get in shape, feel better.
    4. Do you prefer the gym or outdoors?... Hate going to gym, love out doors... But I have to find something I'll enjoy our I never stuck with it.
