Today I had my early ob/gyn visit. My youngest child is 18 months. I gave birth at about 185lbs and am now proudly down to 135 lbs. It has been a lot of hard work, eating well and continuing to chase babies all over the place. I have a great support team. I couldn't do this without my husband.
I just want everyone to know that you can reach your goals. I still have some muscle to build but I'm to my goal weight and I'm feeling great. Keep it up ladies!

great job and congrats. i'm 14mo out 197 to 133. feels surreal to make it to the finish line.
