    Ooh I do like the squat challenge, did it a few years ago. I'll have to pass this time though I think as I want to save my legs for running. I'd love to hear how you get on with it though, keep us posted!

    LOL, I clicked on to see what the squat challenge was, thinking just squats for 30 days. 175 squats?!?

    I thought I was doing good in the last month starting at 12 and now up to 30. Hehe.

    Might try this after getting in a little better shape over the next 6-12 months. After I decrease more weight and increase endurance and stamina!
