My flare-up is finally settling down so I can spend a bit more time exercising. 10mins on the treadmill, 10 mins on the eliptical, and some strength exercises to help with cramping are my goal today.
What's your goal?
I think going out for vegan bcn chkn ranch poutine was worth the cheat day. It boosted my mood immensely after such a rank flare-up.
Back to healthy meals this morning with oats, ground flax, pureed pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice for breakfast.
This group might be dormant but I'm sure someone will chime in eventually.
