It always put a smile on my face when either your teammates or even the enemy actually recognizes your play. I get really awkward when people say good things about me IRL, but for some reason in a game I'm totally okay with it.
I'm the nerd that watches game videos, makes dps spread sheets, and theorycrafts.. it makes it worth while when people go O_o
OP!

When I switched from DPS to Healer in Warcraft it took me a while to get used to the compliments. I definitely monitored the healing charts though and got to the point where I felt the compliments were genuine and not sarcastic.0

Playing wow while doing a 3's on my priest I once did a mass dispel just as I saw a lock coming for howl of fear. With the lag I ended up mass dispelling all 3 of us and winning the game.
My partner said "That mass dispel just gave me a boner so hard that I wouldn't even need porn to *kitten*". And then he logged off for 10 minuets...0 -

Totally guilty of DPS spread sheets. I am a computer scientist, so I create simulation programs to optimize skill rotations. :smokin:0 -
Ya know what else is hard to take? When I shoot a fool in the face in Call of Duty and then press triangle triangle over and over while I stand over their dead body! :happy:0
