Problem with MFP uploading daily steps? Any solutions?

Hi all, I'm new to MFP, been using it for 5 days. I'm having problems with loading up my daily 'steps' an error message always comes up. Has anyone else experienced the same problem? If so any solutions? Or is this an issue with the app and not my account?
MFP is connected with the 'Pacer' app but doesn't read my daily steps which the Pacer app logs. Is this also an app issue or an issue with my account? Would appreciate solutions to these issues. Thank you for your kind support in this matter.
