•Time to start tracking everything your eating and drinking!
•If you aren’t measuring your food how do you really know/learn what you are consuming. Once you master this it will help you for the rest of your life.
•Set your myfitnesspal diary sharing to friends only. That way we all have accountability and if something in your diet needs to be tweaked we can figure it out.
•What your eat in private you wear in public.
•We want you to win the challenge but ultimately we want this to change your lifestyle habits. Where you know what it takes to accomplish your goals and show you that something as simple as tracking (everything) you eat/drink will help you accomplish/keep your goals.

Your coaches will be part of this group.
