    Good Morning BBB.
Neighborhood tour with yesterday went great. We learned a bunch. Appointment today with realtor to start the process of honing in on what is available in our price range that has a building for Tom to use as a shop or whether we need to get a house and build him a building.
Sam - good new about DW's diabetes.
Bill - the only things we are missing from up north are our friends and work connections - shoveling snow is something we will leave to you 😆
Steph - did you have to step in baby-sitting?
Mary - That is one brave 13 year old to have survived for 80+ days in captivity and to have escaped.
Lee - how goes the trial site search?
Kelly - how is the pre-cruise bikini plan going?
Dennis - How often do you meet with the ROMEOs - weekly?
    Do good out here everyone.

    Mornin' BBB.

Finding a new trial area has become a long range plan and a battle with the state of CT on the use of a certain state property.

I'm officially not a fan of Marie Kondo. She thinks one should have 30 books or less.

I can see your new Florida home being deep in the cracker sticks with a nice big steel building for Tom and large search and rescue training area for Jack, surrounded by alligators but close enough to a road where bikers and car enthusiasts can find Tom to do his artwork.

    BBB OP ;-)

    Good morning.
    Lee, I agree.
Cruise is less than 20 days away and I’m not ready for my
Bikini yet. Not sure if I will be. I weigh 4 pounds more than I did last year. I’m sure i can get that off on 20 days plus some. I bought several tankinis. Ha.
    Lisa how is Jim’s hand?
Sam, good to hear about your wife.
Steph. Hope all went well with the kids.
    Have a great day.
Here’s hoping to the fact Lou pooped!

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • Raine, ROMEOs is a Monday morning thing. Good luck with the house search. Stay away from them alligators.
    • Tuesday morning is Emmaus small group meeting.
    • Lee, I like books. I just have most of them on my Kindle now.
    • Sounds like we are going to see strange weather in Waco. High in the 70s and low in the 20s. Makes packing interesting.
    • Don't let the the part time teaching job become full time Sam.
    • Anticipation of a cruise is always fun.

    Good Morning BBB

    Not much going on here

Im starting to plan my container gardens in my head, LOL. We'll finally have snow in May so I best plan accordingly.

SO is heading to the boat show this weekend with a buddy. Hope he brings his checkbook LOL. Im going to check out a girls basketball tourney with DS2, the dgfdd 11 yo. is playing.

    Happy House hunting Raine!

20 days and counting Kelly! woohoo! Who is watching Henry?

So this was the week I would've been in Atlanta. The only downfall of cancelling out, is not meeting Dennis and Sam. Other than that, I'm content right here right now.

Steph, how are the kids and Grampa doing? And dfil and Ron's road trip?

Sam, Dennis makes a great point!

Good luck with a trial site, Lee.

Hope all is well with your back, Skip??

Have a good day folks, be happy, be safe!

    Good morning BBB friends.

    Happy birthday, Lee (?). I didn't know.

Hate back problems. Good luck Doc.

Another dry day, today. That will make six in a row, a rare thing for a Puget Sound January. Hope to do something outdoorsy.

    Happy Birthday Lee,
Will not accept call for tomorrow, gym in morning, taking DW to lunch for her birthday and yoga class tomorrow afternoon. Thursday will drive DW into big city to get stitches removed in hand.
I believe main qualification is good baby sitter, clean background and college degree.
House hunting can be fun, just remember how buyers treated you for past year. For next 2 months should be a buyers market then expect trend to turn unless stock market takes a downward turn which should extend buyers market.
Steph, hate having to clean someone else dirt before moving in[ hope all goes well.
    Safe travels Dennis,
There's two great days with a boat, day you get it and day you sell it I'm told; I enjoyed each year we had a boat.
Skip, as urination contest continues you have more time to take care of neighbors.
    Enjoy the Evening,
