Mornin' BBB.
Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone.
SO buy a boat, Mary?

Good Morning BBB.
Lee - love that they revived that commercial campaign.
House hunting is going to be fun since we are in no hurry. The market here has seen a correction and prices have gone down a bit so that is good.
Making time today or Friday for continued warranty work on the RV.
Sam - I agree with you about the market for the next couple months. Any student would be lucky to have you as a substitute teacher - I bet you are in big demand.
Lee - we have reduced our actual books to a couple boxes. It was hard to do.
Steph - what is the report on the kids?
Mary - I missed it - why did the Atlanta plans change?
Do good out there everyone.

That commercial is FABULOUS! HA!!! Thank you for sharing it, Raine! And it's awesome to hear that you're starting the house hunt. I can't wait to see what you choose!
I'm so sorry I missed your birthday, Lee! I didn't see it on fb, either. Shoot. I hope it was completely amazing and that you had the best cake ever ... or whatever wonderful thing you wanted. Happy birthday! xo!
We had ice yesterday morning, which hurt our workshop attendance. We were supposed to get it again last night, but I think we missed it. I'm getting coached in one workshop this morning, and then my manager is coming to film me doing the Orientation in another. It's so much easier when there are lots of people, so I'm really glad the roads are okay!

Lisa, DW and I celebrate on the weekend closest to our birthdays and yes I did have a nice small coconut cake to share with DW. It was nice. Thank you.
And you didn't miss it on FB, I purposely do not want FB to know my birth date.
The camera loves you, Lisa. Have fun!

Morning BBB
Didn't end up going to help dad. Sister had a friend stop by with juice and soup for him and he he is feeling some better. Kids are in school all day and they have limited night activities this week.
Plus 16yo Kaylee is super helpful. And was promised air pods is she helped with the boys.
Headed to working im Lincoln today then want to get the rest if the closets moved. They were supposed to shampooe the carpet yesterday and didn't so strike one fir apartment life.
Also there is literally no cabinet that the cookie sheet fits in. There is ever a skinny one next to the dishwasher but the shelf is too low. Ugh. I don't make cookies often but do roast veggies and chicken so really wanted to keep one. Maybe it has to live in the oven.

Good Morning,
Happy Humping,
Lisa you are always great which explains your large workshops.
We are having some correction in real estate here but its where folks were not realistic from the beginning. There is one house that we looked at over two years ago on market for $324,000, still has not sold have raised price to $453,000 now dropped price to $435,000. There is a shortage of housing but banks will not finance crazy amounts.
Dave, hope you got a hike in,
Safe travels Dennis and Kris,
Is it 19 days till Cruise? Know 4 lbs will be gone by then,
Thinking I need to write a book "Prisoner in my own house" DMIL does everything she can to disrupt life.

Good morning BBB Friends.
- I have seen the hump day commercials many times but I couldn't tell you what they are advertising.
- I would say 'break a leg' Lisa but with ice around that may not be wise. Be yourself. You'll do great.
- We hit the road tomorrow morning. I suppose we should start thinking about packing. Oh, and I need to check the tire pressure on the car tires.
- It looks like it is going to be one cold football game in KC Sunday night.
- President wants a border wall and Congress refuses to talk to him about it. What could go wrong with that picture.
- Have a good day BBB.

Happy belated birthday Lee! I even went to FB yesterday to double check if it was your bday, LOL.
Sounds like you had you cake and ate it too!
I'm hoping the weekend boat show gives SO the itch to get a used Pontoon for our lake campsite! I paid our 2019 squatters rent (2018 taxes) so might as well enjoy it best we can. Going to get my boys to agree for their property manager (thats me) to get some market analysis going on it this summer, see what it might sell for.... just for *kitten*&giggles. April 12th is my opening camper wish date!
Wai til the Donald starts messing with the citizens of the US of A 2018 tax returns, next.
Safe travels to TX, Dennis & Kris! Enjoy the family and the wedding!
Sam, I didn't realize one didn't need a teaching degree or teaching cert. to be a sub. Interesting. Don't work too hard. Sorry dmil isn't chilling out and going with the flow.... you're a good son in law though for sheltering her....
Steph, this downsize is just the beginning, wait til your full-timing in the van...
Steph and Raine should look into getting a blackstone… its all the RV rave right now.
Enjoy the Jan. dry days, Dave
Lisa, you'll rock it!
Be happy, be safe BBB

Good morning BBB friends.
Another chilly, foggy morning, here on Puget Sound, but a full week without rain, in January, is really unusual. Didn't get out at all, yesterday, other than to go to the store. DW was feeling under the weather, so I stayed close.
States have very different rules on substitute teaching. In Texas, subs just had to be high school graduates, over 21. Here, in Washington, and in Oregon, to the south, subs are fully accredited teachers, with degrees in education. So, in the former state, they serve as place holders and baby sitters, in the others, they follow lesson plans and further the students' education.0 -
That makes sense Dave. Im going to look into it here in Wisc and see what our criteria is....0

•Gosh Lee adding my belated hApPy BiRtHdAy wishes to you too.
•True what Dave says about sustitute teaching in Washington & Oregon. I am a fully certified teacher with a lifetime credential in California to teach secondary education. In Oregon I would have to get their accreditation in order to sub. Most sub teachers locally here are currently active teachers who may be partially retired or recently retired for example. Also the teachers in our district have the responsibility to get the best subs they know to fill in.
•hUMp dAy indeed!!
•Chilly here in the 30s this a.m. with an early light rain shower at the end of my walk.1
