I went for a walk and walked it off, so teeeechnically I didn't have it?
Oh god I can't believe I failed on day 2.0 -
I didn't hack it yesterday, so today I start with an actual commitment. Food is pre-logged and it seems like a reasonable plan!

Day 2 went great even with our union rep delivering two boxes of chocolate dipped strawberries to our department!!! Didn't even want one. They were big and beautiful, but not worth it!

This was Day 1 for me, and I consider it a victory.
Breakfast: steel cut oats with natural peanut butter and a small banana
Am snack: raw almonds
Lunch: grilled chicken strips
PM snack: passion tea unsweetened
Dinner: healthy choice cafe steamers and a salad
dessert: sweet jumbo cherries (with pits) and one square of dove dark chocolate.
I know there's room for improvement but it's all relative and believe me, this is good for me lately!0 -
This was day 1 for me also....and it was a success!! Feels so good to be back in control of what I put in my mouth!!!0
