    Good Morning BBB.
We met with a wonderful builder yesterday - it would be easy to get swept up in that vortex and go above our budget. He does amazing work - 40 years in the business with no lawsuits. Truly a unicorn in the industry.
Lisa - how did the filming of the orientation go?
Steph - we have to store some stuff in our little oven due to storage restrictions. I am getting used to it. Imaging how little storage there will be in your van. Oh my.
Mary - pontoon boats are fun.
    Do good out there everyone.

    Morning!

The beauty of that: you get what YOU want - not somebodys' replication of a cookie cutter.

    Busy day of school today.

Back doc appt went okay. He's got concerns. Did MRI last night. Should see results tomorrow.

    Mornin' BBB.

Still hammering nails after 40 yrs? Dude has some solid experience. No lawsuits is pretty amazing.

I would assume that the pontoon boat will have a spot to make vodka tonics?

Hope the implanted hardware doesn't need removal, Skip.

Got some good news yesterday. DS#1 got accepted into the Army Warrant Officer flight program. This is his dream job and he has worked hard for it.

Steph is there a drawer under the oven?
    What’s up with the back?
Ds got sworn I yesterday at the sheriffs department. He had 2 interviews this week. He thought both went very well.
    Have fun Dennis.

Congrats to a couple of ds1s!!! Makin' Mamas & Papas proud!

So WW folks, in your words, sum up for me the new plan...

Under my oven is a door opening to mechanics. I use the bottom cabinet on the right for a coupLe pots, foil lined pans. Foil lined, so clean up is a breeze, and you don't want to get any kind of Grease or food particles down the kitchen sink drain washing dishes, etc. I use a 2-3" lil drain catch screen on my kitchen sink as well. The less going into your tanks the better, imo.

Skip hope you get good news on back....

    Good morning BBB friends.

Congratulations to a couple DSs. The old sergeant major salutes.

Choosing a good builder is key, if you go that route, Raine. We have been in our house 17 years and still find things to complain about. Skip has had some nightmare issues, too. But 40 years without a lawsuit is impressive.

Cold rain on Puget Sound, this morning; back to typical January weather.

Interviewed for department of child and family services and someplace else that sounded similar to that. Ha.
