Exercise: Again missed my afternoon break exercise, and fell away from going after work. Hopefully the new month will be motivation to get me back at it. I did get 15 minutes in on the Elliptical.
Calories: nope, just over again
Tracked: By golly yes I did!! LOL
@w8goal4life thanks for the great image @BMcC9 that's the way to pass time while exercising! I have found the time does go by faster when I am interested in what I am watching when I am doing the elliptical.
Today's a new day for me3 -

Thank you for the comment...I, too, find exercise passes much more quickly if I'm engaged in something other than doing an actual exercise video. I post the pics so others might be inspired to check out hikes or walks in other parts of the the world. I think I might like to try a @BMcC9 mini trampoline. Might reduce the impact when jogging. Will have to see if I can find one in a thrift shop to try. So very proud of your progress and continued reports. Many in this challenge are just developing their good habits. You are right...every day is a great day to begin anew!4 -

Pass #2. I'm back at work this week, and although I worked hard and drove a lot yesterday, I didn't exercise. I did however, log everything and come in under calories, so not a total loss. I will make up for it tomorrow.

Well it seems that I am slacking some, here at the end of the month and out of the winner’s circle... but, to add a development to my journey towards my “skinny jeans” and “mostly skinny jeans,” yesterday I WORE my “mostly skinny jeans.” Previously I kept thinking they were too tight, but yesterday I realized that they actually do fit. I can even sit down and breathe, and they are totally comfortable. Woot-woot! 🎉6 -

Pass day #2
Exercise: Yes. Coaching baseball 1.5 hours.
Calories: No. Way over.
Tracked: Yes. All 5000 calories 😁
Went off the rails a bit yesterday! Its all good. One bad day does not ruin 115 lbs lost. Good lesson for those that are starting out. Don't freak out over a bad day. I've had lots of them over the last 2 years. Even with those bad days, I've gone from almost 300 lbs to 180lbs. and 40+% body fat to 12%. I've done that by having many more good days than bad and not stressing over bad days and getting right back on the horse the next day. Don't let 1 bad day turn into 2 or 3 or a week. Consistency is key. I was over my calorie budget by 3200 yesterday. But i will still reach my goal. Take that attitude and you will reach your goal too.8 -

Was lazy today...actually, my Fitbit broke so I used that as an excuse...shouldn't have. Then last night hubby and I got away to see a movie...a nice break.2
