Good Morning All!
I have dropped off of logging everything for several days. That is a warning sign, and I am paying attention to it and getting back aboard that ship! That is my NSV. It is so easy to go astray when I have been neglectful of myself for so long.
@terririchards Congrats on going from an XXL to a 12! Wow!! Your NSV of going up stairs w/o getting out of breath is one of my goals.
@jan110144 I LOVED your NSV!! That is so inspirational for me at 57. I can be a healthier grandma at 60 then I am now!
@BMcC9 Great job at your NSV's especially dropping your body fat percentage!!
@stella7x7 Yeahhhh those tight jeans are now loose fitting
@57discovery I feel the same about getting inspired to take better care of myself. It first has to happen in the mind! I mostly need to work on getting myself to the gym!

Burning anxiety calories today. Lots of rain falling over the next few days. Reminders of the 2010 flood in Nashville that ruined our home and caused us to live with friends for almost 4 months while our home was being repaired. Exercising helps calm my nerves.7 -

I work in healthcare, and hit the wall with burnout. Now I'm taking some much overdo vacation time to recover. I'm just hanging with my dog, hiking, going to the gym, back in dance class . . . and interviewing for other jobs . It's been one week, and I have one week until I have to go back. It's so much easier to exercise and eat well when I don't have work grinding on me. I hope I find a more sustainable job. So yes x 3. I did an hour of tango with a partner, then rowing, bench press, balancing and finally dog walk. What a luxury7
