    Has anyone done or is doing intermittent fasting? I'm researching it and going to give it a try this week and see if I can break whatever stall my body is putting me through. :/

    Yes x 3. Was feeling a bit fatigued today, so took it a bit easy. Substituted a second pool day for rowing and weights and then an easy ride on the horse. Back to more challenging efforts tomorrow.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
