    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 3 mile run and 35 minutes of strength (chest) this morning, plus a mile walk in the afternoon. Ending the day with almost 20,000 steps.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, despite having a bit too much sugar -- was craving it a lot today.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    Went out to dinner with my friend, and ate a big plate of fries, so over calories limit. It was a conscious decision, so I'm ok with it.

    That's what the pass days are for ... acknowledging that the occasional event WILL happen and consciously owning the choice.
