Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Today's my rest day, but I was still active and am ending the day with almost 13,000 steps.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
Oh my gosh, everyone's pets are absoluely beautiful!
We are cat lovers in our house, and our herd is currently down to three. This is Kimi, our newest addition.

And our dog, Lola, that we picked up a couple of years ago after she ran out in front of my car and we almost hit her. Tried to find her owner, but we never could, so we brought her into our family.

Loving the pet pictures. We have family and friends with allergies so we don't have any pets.
Another frustrating day. Did a 4 mile run/walk and a short yoga session. Logged everything but ate far too much again. This time it was the alcohol and a delicious meal cooked by my in laws (followed by 10 biscuits when I got home ) I am really pushing the boundaries this week.
Weighed this morning (18th). I have put on half a pound since last week. That's a combo of bouncing back because I was ill last week and lost 4lbs, combined with 3 heavy days this week. Not the worst but I am going to set myself a mini accountability challenge to try and get into my own 'winner's circle' this week. A full week on plan, which will be the first one in Feb if it works.3 -
