Happy Sunday to all!
Exercise : Yes! Walked the long way around the park, did some basic lap swimming and had a spa! Nice. My other usual rest day Went with my husband it was nice quality time.

NSV: I have been on a plateau this week, so did my measurements today. I have reduced waist and under bust by 1" each. Also legs and arms look more toned. It appears that my gym sessions are paying off.9 -
