    I'm not that big a drinker any more so tbh it's not that big a deal for me so I've not bothered. For context I've only had a glass of wine and a pint of cider since new years eve. I don't really see much point doing it as it's not really going to be a challenge.

    However, for some mad reason, when I was in my first year at uni I gave up alcohol for lent. That was a tough few weeks I can tell you.

    I'm not doing dry January but I'm doing very well for me.....one bottle of wine a week.
