Diet

So between travel over Christmas and a brutal chest cold that is just now getting clear enough for me to consider working out again I've been fairly sedentary for almost a month. I also managed to lose 15 lbs in that month.
Not magic, and the cold helped because I was coughing so much that I just was never hungry, so I didn't eat. And when I did I could barely finish half a small deli sandwich and forced myself to eat it because I knew I needed the calories.
As I've gotten better I've tried to focus on controlling my portions and eating a smaller amount and then waiting for a bit to see if that was enough. Rarely I'll grab another portion if I'm still hungry 20 minutes later, but not often.
I'm going to get back to the gym tomorrow, I hope I'm able to keep up with that focus on diet as I start burning more calories.
Anyone else have some recent successes to share?

Working out for an hour, no problem, it’s the rest of the 23 hours I have to worry about. I’ll do good for a little while but stress is a killer for me. I stress, I crave the unthinkables and I eat.0
