Hi everyone, I have found this diet the only one i have been able to stick to, not count calories and still lose weight. I have done this once before and lost 40 pound.. unfortunately due to medical issues i put the weight back on and i have now been doing this since Sept last year and lost 22 lbs, how long have you been doing it and what's your results?

I tried to do a pescatarian version of this, and I have felt so good while doing it for the last 2 months. I didn't weigh myself during this time until today, and was shocked to see I have gained almost 8 pounds. I have eaten no grains, no dairy and no fruit during the week, but I must have overindulged in something. Time to start tracking. I am menopausal, and my night sweats stopped as soon as I started SCD, so I really want it to work. My goal weight is 130 lbs.0
