Instant Pot and Rules of Pasta

Pasta is easy in the instant pot but there is some math and rules on how to cook it in the Instant Pot.
Rule 1 - 2 cups liquid to 4 oz. of pasta
Rule 2 - (Here is the math) Cook pasta for half the lowest package cooking time, minus 1 minute. High Pressure.
Rule 3 - Add a little oil to decrease foaming
Rule 4 - Quick Release (carefully)
