Mixed results but pretty much improving.
    DB bench press:
    2 x 10 warmup with 27.5 lb dbs
    Then 2 x 5 @ 30 lb
    Then 1 x 5 @ 32.5 lb comfortably
Then on the next set with 32.5 lb, it's like my arms and chest forgot how to lift! I very laboriously managed 3 wobbly reps. BAH

One-arm rows 5 x 5 37.5 lb I still don't 100% have the feel for how to position the leg that's not on the bench. Can't wait until I can do bent-over rows without my back giving trouble.

Tried to do a close-forward-grip lat pulldown and my tricep acted up after 5 reps at 85 lb, so I stopped.
    Did 1 x 10 @ 70 lb then 3 x 5 @ 80 lb on another lat pulldown machine (palms facing each other)

Stayed off of squats because of my back.

    Leg extension - 1 x 5 each side @ 40 lb, 1 x 5 each side @ 45 lb, 3 x 5 each side at 55 lb.

    50 X 5

    Deadlift

    95 X 5
    110 X5 new PR

still keeping a lighter load on my squats and really trying to pay attention to good form and movement. OHP suffered today from some unrelated stiffness in my left shoulder (I think I slept on it really badly two nights ago, it's been sore since). Deads were good, today was the first time I was like "Whoa, this is a lot of weight, holy cow" while I was pulling. I didn't feel like I was straining or out of control, but I definitely felt like I was *working* to pull that weight today - but in a good way.

I've got to go join a new gym on Sunday. I've been going to the neighborhood rec center, which is only a 2 minute walk from my house but they're closing the weight room for 6 weeks to renovate it. However, there a (reportedly) top notch gym about an 11 minute walk from home that caters especially to bodybuilding and power lifters. I'd already been thinking about switching, once the weather warmed up, but now I'll have to change, at least for awhile. It's almost certainly a way better facility, though, so I'll likely do well there - more and better equipment, longer open hours, trainers available.
