What was your first meal you made in your Instant Pot?

After I did the water test, I made macaroni and cheese. Got my very first "burn" notice too. I thought I had ruined my pot on my very first attempt to make something. Discovered I could steam the pot and remove the burnt macaroni and cheese. I have only gotten a "burn" notice once since, opened the pot and added a ladle of water and scraped the bottom, resealed and go. The mac and cheese was pretty good though.

    I've had mine for 3 years now so I don't really remember what I made. Probably chicken stock or Japanese curry.
