Help! Have connected by VivoSmart through MFP but it isnt syncing in MFP

Can anyone help. I have tried to connect my Vivosmart onto MFP but doesn't seem to have worked. I assumed that all exercise should populate through to MFP. I have tried to connect multiple times but with out success - any ideas what I am doing wrong please?

    Workouts, steps, and total daily calories burned should sync over.

    You'll have to provide more info of what is seen or appears to be working, and what doesn't.
    Workouts obviously not.

    Is there a line in MFP Exercise Diary about Garmin calorie adjustment?

    Does GC show that there is a sync to MFP?

    On which side did you start the process, what have you done as part of the "tried to connect multiple times"?

    I had issues when I tried to set mine up initially and had to try via both the web and app version of MFP to get it to sync in the end. Would suggest if you have tried through the app to try the web version or vice-versa.

    Also check you have set it up as 3rd party app in GC.
