Hi I'm 11 months postpartum and decided that it's time to lose the rest of this baby weight. I'm still nursing although my body is definitely producing less and I have about 15 pounds to lose to reach my pre-pregnancy weight. Although I was in really great shape right before I got pregnant so I don't know if it's really realistic to get down to that again.
In the past I've lost weight just by trying to eat healthier and working out a lot. But now I feel like that's not realistic because I don't have nearly as much time as I did. So I'm thinking the best way to go about it is by counting calories. But this also seems daunting to me. What if you eat all your calories for the day and you're still hungry? My work is starting a two month weight loss competition just for fun and I entered as some motivation.
I would appreciate any suggestions! Thanks
