    A long weekend staying with my kidney twin is not the easiest way to keep on track. I didn't log or exercise (between him getting tired so easily and my broken arm). Totally worth the time to connect with him, his kids and his new girl friend though. Hoping for approval for the surgery any day now...

    Back on track now that I'm back home. Logged all my food, under calories and did a little bit of exercise (warm up at jiu jitsu class, because I went to visit!)

    Also got permission to start driving again, so my life becomes a bit easier and I can plan exercise into my schedule, not try and fit it into everyone else's!!!!

    I enjoy reading all of your posts and wish I could respond, but being at work, my computer isn't letting me do certain things and taking notes is a bit time consuming. So you know, I think you guys are the best and I really am thankful for UAC!

    Exercise? Yes, two 20 minute walks outside. It was a beautiful day!

    YesX3- 49 min walk. Didn’t eat as good as I should have, as in having 5c fruits/veggies but I ate within cals and logged it all.

    I made chicken breast today, loads of onions and red and orange peppers. Yummy lunch!

    @BonnieHosk85 congrats on almost getting to goal and staying on track! I’m sure you are so proud of yourself and you should be!! And wonderful news about your bloodwork too, yay🥳 You are very inspiring! I’m thinking The Biggest Loser is your other challenge.

    @Dory_42, really neat you can spend time with your kidney twin! And driving again, yay!! I hope you get your approval soon.

I’m so glad I found it😊 I did Fat to Fit for a year and really liked it, but I’m enjoying this with the exercise and your daily things you have us think about, post! I let my husband and friend how how much I appreciate them and it was great for all of us👊🏻😎
