    Had a long post with yesterday's results along with my reply to Rick's challenge yesterday. Apparently I wasn't meant to post it. MFP went down....ughh....so,

    Exercise? Yes
    Calories? No
    Tracked? No

    Not a bad day though. Nothing I am unhappy with.

    I will thank again and again a couple friends of mine that were by my side during this past year when I was recovering from bad accident
    They were my rocks as well as my family and I sent them all messages last week:)
