You are here and many who started this month are gone.
It's great to achieve the end of the month Winner's Circle, but know this, many current and past team members have reached their goals by just showing up every day and not quitting!

Exercised?: yes - Cleaned house this morning for 37 mins (before grandsons apt), vacuumed once got back for 32 mins, Richard Simmons Month 1 cardio and toning and the a 30 minute walk to pick grandson up from the bus stop.

Yes x 3 today. Really focusing on making sure I eat the bulk of my exercise calories back now. I leave 150 or so 'in the bank' to account for logging variances (I always log conservatively, but even so I sometimes question the calorie expenditures given for some exercise). I really don't want to drop below my lower maintenance number again, if I can manage that. Finding just where I need to be in the calories in to balance calories out has been a bit of a challenge.4

Then (good stress) -> emotional eating

Yes x3. I’m sooo happy to be able to walk to pick up the kids from school. What a difference it makes to my mood to be able to be outside again! Also got in 30 minutes of walking with a 10 minute running interval at the indoor track during my son’s sports class.4

Although this is not the way the UAC works, I made up for yesterday's mess up by being extra thoughtful today.
Exercise: 53 minutes of cardio strength and I am improving significantly since my Christmas time back problem.
Tracking: okay
Calories: under by a huge margin. Yesterday I was over but fortunately not by a huge margin. Nonetheless, yesterday was definitely a PASS2 -

I made progress to a day off full UAC wins. Again I logged everything and I was only 44 calories over, so getting towards the right target.
Still no exercise but I did visit my judo class (although no one else pitched and I could just catch up with a few of the guys). That was really good because they haven't seen me since the competition when I broke my arm.
It's actually tomorrow morning already and I'm up and ready to run with my house mate as soon as she finishes with her first client (she is a pt).3 -
