Good Morning BBB.
I'm back!
Crazy week and I missed posting here.
Monday we will pay the security deposit for the contract on 2 lots. 30 day feasibility period but probably close earlier. Our builder will start doing preliminary stuff before closing.
Minimum 10 month timeframe. Tom is reaching out to builders for his shop which will be built on the second lot. Worked out deal with RV park to do annual so that cost is as low as possible. Lots of balls in the air and very exciting.
We are feeling good about the steady growth of our businesses here in Florida.
Do good out there everyone.

Good morning BBB Friends.
- Sounds like good progress Raine. So much better than this time last year trying to sell the Chicago house.
- Busy day yesterday went well. Working the TV cameras at church today and then a quiet day planned. Need to start getting things together for my trip.
- Signed DW and I up for an Italian dinner at our clubhouse Friday night. That will be a points splurge. I did opt for the Chicken Parm.
- I definitely decided I may or may not go for the new phone.

Morning BBB
Snow and lots of wind yesterday Afternoon and evening. Maybe 8 inches total. Need to go brish off the car (even though we drive it most we keep the work car in the lot and the car we own in the garage).
No plans to leave the house today. We hung up some art and shelves yesterday so are officially settled so going to do some scrapbooking today.
Headed to small town Kansas and Missouri for the next two week. Staying in a different hotel every night, mostly in tiny towns. Ron is tagging along. ❤️0 -

Great to hear things going well for you, Raine. Afytert the long struggle you had finding a buyer for the house in Illinois, it's nice to see the scales balance a bit.
The grandkids spent the night, while their parents went to a charity gala. We'll get the kids up and take them to church, then pass them back to DS and DDIL there.
Got to spend some quality time in the shop, yesterday, working out how to finish a cracked piece of sweet gum I turned into a 9-inch, natural edge bowl. Tougher tasks, mean slower work, which means fewer bowls piling up round the house = happier spouse.0 -

I’ve got the first floor spotless here. Cleaned both baths upstairs but need to dust vac etc but can’t because DH is sleeping.
I’m fixing lasagna for 5 for lunch today. Yum. I guess I’d better get busy.
Yes, auto ink. Just can’t figure out how to set that up yet.

The wind here is scarey. The huge trees are swaying back and forth. Glad we got the ones close to the house taken out, but still.

Got. a call yesterday from xsil that my son's paternal Grandfather 89yo, has liver cancer with 2-3 months to live, could I let my son's know....
Sunday supper invite over to neighbors with the 2 boys I sat for last weekend, as a thankyou. I wouldn't accept their cash payment they were trying to give me. Lol. This is better, I'm looking forward to getting to know them better!
