Fitbit trouble

Hi,

Is anyone having trouble connecting to Fitbit. It says I’m connected but it doesn’t show up.

    my steps aren't syncing from my Versa. I logged out of both apps on my phone, came to the desktop MFP site and unpaired/disconnected the two, logged out and then logged back in and connected ...then logged back into each site on my phone and steps STILL aren't syncing. Super frustrated.

    Same problem here. My charge2 stopped syncing two days ago. Tried disconnecting it from MFP and reconnecting it. No love.

    Same with my Alta. Although, I didn't try disconnecting and reconnecting.

    Is everyone checking the MFP app setting for Step Source?

    Sometimes an app update doesn't hold that setting correctly to say Fitbit.

    And that's it.

    Disconnecting and Reconnecting when there is an actual sync issue going on is the worst idea because all you do is stack up sync packets waiting to go, and then they can't go if you got a reconnect going, so now they have to be processed differently, and an obviously overloaded system is just hammered more, and your new connection usually gets back-logged too and screwed up eventually.
