Mini Goal Challenge - Week of February 25th to March 3rd

In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your "short term goals"

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.

2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.

3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?

Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can! :)

Paulette, where are you going for your cruise? We're actually going on a short one too! We leave Friday and return Monday, so hopefully I can't do too much damage at the buffet! ;D

I'm probably not going to go to the Y this week. It's FINALLY stopped raining for a bit, and the temperatures aren't frigid, so I've been going over to the park and running instead. Less drive time (yay!) AND I'm up to three miles! I want to see if I can get a 3.5 in today or tomorrow, before we drive down to Port Canaveral on Thursday after school. Probably won't get any exercise in Thursday... I *might* be able to on Monday before we leave the ship if I get up early. We'll see. I'm not going to beat myself up over THAT one. But I do think I'll try to get to the ship gym and do some running on the treadmills there.

    This week:
    1. Monday: Doing pretty good. Got a 3-mile run in, discussion post AND comments AND QUIZ done! Just need to finish up my literature review.
    2. Beef stew and soup and saag portions are in the freezer so I won't have to worry about grocery shopping until well after we get back.
    3. Tuesday: Draft sub plans. Print. Review. Read articles for literature review. Draft.
    4. Run at park M/T/W. Aim for 3.5 miles.
    5. Ask servers for half-portions. Take small amounts. Is it possible to indulge responsibly? ;D I dunno, but I'm gonna try!
    6. Make sure to take charge cords! :D

May update this later this week because I'm sure there's stuff I've forgotten.

All-inclusive, you can visit many places in one vacation, a lot of fun too, meet so many interesting people!! I have always wanted to do a Disney cruise....enjoy!!

Not sure how they work for places like Europe. but they worked for me for Mexico and Alaska was my all time favorite and the last cruise I went on. I hate I waited so long to take an Alaskan cruise. Beautiful scenery. It was a different kind of cruise for sure but so much fun too and we went end of May so the weather was perfect and not too cold.
