    So far I have managed not to wipe out on my bike again. Been logging many hours at my church or taking my dad to appointments and trying to get my taxes finished. Hope everyone is hanging in ther. My lame pup has now destroyed my left wrist from lifting her and holding her up to go potty. Looks like I will need to see a doctor for this one. KT tape and wrist braces are not working any longer.

    Oh my Char!! You AMAZE me, you're falling apart & you just keep going!!!

    I felt super wrung out today but I got the bachelor friends house cleaned & then my fur baby & I walked 2.75 miles.

    Another BEAUTIFUL day in NE Montana but it's suppose to be rainy with snow tomorrow! Worked on cleaning up garage, put doors on new cabinet in entry, got tiles all figured to how we're gong to lay them tomorrow & walked with my fur baby 3 miles.

    @vhuber - hope you’re ok after hitting the deer, vehicles are relatively easily fixed ... bodies are a bit more complicated

    It’s not been a good week for moving this week. I missed 2 runs during the week (grandbaby related) ... but I did run a Fartlek coaching session! DH is not moving much, and it’s having a knock on effect. I was supposed to get a 5k parkrun in yesterday. A running group were taking over the management of the one where I’m part of the core crew .... as we got closer to the event it was felt one of us needed to be by the funnel to keep an eye on things. I have a 7 mile race on Sunday .... so I didn’t run. I’m about 9 m down this week. Can I bawl like a baby?
