In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your "short term goals"

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.

2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.

3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?

Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can! :)

    Hi Molly,
Thanks for getting us started. I did login when on vacation but did not stay on long. Good luck with your goals this week.

Clicketykeys- hope you had a great time on your cruise. Hope all went well with your class.

Not sure how much I will be able to check in but still thinking.

    Have a great week all!!

    This week:
    1. Tuesday: Write a discussion post. Grade late work. Grade analysis presentations.
    2. ONE DAY where everything gets weighed and logged accurately.
    3. Tuesday evening: Grocery list. Shopping? Discussion responses?
    4. Zumba Tue/Thu/Sat; weights Wed/Sat.
    5. Wednesday: Quiz. Draft essay. Grading (freshmen).
    6. Friday school (or outside) running: 3 miles (11 laps) w/o break, aim for 45 minutes. (That should be ~4 m/h?)
    7. Essay submitted Saturday.

I think that's all for now. Today is going to be a figuring-things-out day.

Hi all- hope your week is going well.

I am thinking about my goals for next week. I went to doctors yesterday and gained weight. So I have to really get organized and disciplined. One thing she said that I should weigh daily. I can’t do that so I am going to shoot for once a week. That seemed to work in the past.

Okay ladies- let’s just do this!
