My Fitbit Charge 2 has always been connected to MyFitnessPal, but I have never, EVER been able to see any of my steps or activity logged on MyFitnessPal. Am I doing something wrong? I've tried to reach out to my fitness pal for assistance, and they always send me instructions that are about 5 pages long, and that just isn't helpful. I want/need to talk to someone to resolve this issue once and for all.
