Easy to be the starter when you are 7 hours ahead. I haven't found a decent cup of Joe in Israel yet.

    Mornin' BBB.

Sorry about the sub standard joe, Dennis.

So made some pasta sauce from home made tomato sauce given to me by a friend. Seasoned it with some roasted garlic and italian herb blend and then added some browned hot italian turkey sausage. Then instead of pasta, I used boiled cabbage strips and oven roasted onion strips. It was good. I'll do it again. Better than spaghetti squash and actually fewer carbs.

Taking wee Ruby with you, Kelly?

New phone activated yesterday. Kyocera Dura Pro. Military grade phone that can take pictures underwater. NOW we're talking my kind of tech and way cheaper than an iphone or samsung 8 or 9. Kind of a snafu activating and transferring data but that is to be expected between different phones. Use to have an Essential phone which was pretty good but the underwater camera capabilities intrigued me.

    Good morning.

Starting your day with inferior coffee is the puts, Dennis.

Crown build up is done and in three weeks, I'll have my new crown. This little adventure blew through my entire dental benefit and FSA for the year. 😢

    Morning~

Late night of classes - but Spring Break is finally here! WOOT!

Lots of desk work to catch up on today - but tonight is neighborhood chili cookout and outdoor viewing of Capitals hockey game. Libations are sure to make an appearance too! Sylist appointment later today.....

How's about a photo of Mr. Henry and Ruby side by side? Hope they're both well!

Dennis - WOW! Great photo! NO good coffee is a nice way to make me start honking horns and reciting idiot bombs early in the day.

    Lou - Yikes!

    Cheers, Gang!

    Good looking group Dennis!

    Good Morning BBB

Why are dental benefits so limited? I'd like a couple molar implants but don't want to sell the farm for two. Though my DDS tells me the prices are coming down some moving forward with technology.

I wish our neighborhood did more togethers LOL. Maybe the HOA Pres needs to put that into action!

    Good morning BBB crew.

Great photo, Dennis. I thought Starbucks was universal, like McDonalds.

Wanted to celebrate my day with a hike, but Rita is still under the weather, so I'll stay home and look out for her. My goal is to get in 70 hikes over the next 12 months - my 70th year. That will be alot more fun if Rita can do a substantial portion of those hikes with me.

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaay, Raine!!!! We're on our way, and we're brin' the nachos!
It looks and sounds like your trip is spectacular and meaningful, Dennis! Keep sharing!
Sounds like a great, healthy meal, Lee!
I hear ya on the crown, Lou. I had one made in 2010 for $2000, and then had a horrible experience when they tried to get my temporary one off. To make a long story short, after 5 failed attempts at numbing the spot and drilling, I had a full-blown anxiety attack, couldn't breathe, had to call dh to come pick me up, and I've never gone back. I still have the temporary in, to this day, and haven't seen a dentist since. We just lost the 2 grand.
Are you going to post a pic of your fancy shmancy new style, Skip?
We haven't had ANY dental coverage for most of our lives, Mary. You are blessed to have some! We also don't get optical. And right now, we're looking at how to purchase our own health insurance, since dh's new job doesn't cover it. So far, the cheapest he's found is $1300 per month. I'm hoping he can find something better!

I had an epiphany last night. One of my friends lost her mom yesterday, and another had to tell her adolescent kids last night that she and their dad are separating. Rough stuff. It occurred to me that we ALL go through really hard times, and that I need to be grateful that today I'm not in one of them. We have date night tonight, the sun is shining (finally!), and life is pretty good right now. Oh, and on a side note, I'm 2000 days sober today. :) Big numbers are fun to recognize.

    Good Afternoon,
    Spent day at high school,
Good looking group Dennis, sorry you can't find decent coffee.
    Congrats Raine!!!
Sounds as Rita needs to see doctor again, hope she is feeling better soon
Dental insurance is good for cleanings otherwise will only pay about 50% of what insurance company says is usual and customary charges. I've never been able to find a dentist that just charges usual and customary fees.
Are we celebrating the big 70?
Skip send pic's of before and after stylist,
Hope all have a GREAT weekend,
    Enjoy the Day,
