I have- what is now called a "very unhealthy relationship with food" with moments or days or sometimes weeks of in-control eating healthy and feeling great followed by several days of driving around eating several boxes of cookies going in and out of drive through(s) I have found myfitnesspal very helpful but at a moments notice I'm eating uncontrollably
