Good morning BBB friends. Made it to Newark overnight. Now a long wait and then the final leg home. I found a Starbucks so that is good. Looking forward to sleeping in my bed tonight.0

Mornin' BBB
Welcome home, Dennis. Kris and Emma will be excited to see you, no doubt.
Ate a whole pizza last night with DW gone. It was a small thin crust no meat pizza, but it was probably 1100 calories. Got home late after a light breakfast and lunch ( I was pretty hungry) and it was a roasted garlic and spinach white pie and no one but the cat to stop me. And the cat was like, "its there, just eat it."
Feeling a little bloated this morning.
DW drove halfway into NYC and picked up a train to avoid midweek city traffic. Haven't heard from her so no word on DMIL.
Be well and be safe,
BBB OP ;-)

Morning~
Welcome back, Dennis!
Lee - you just described nearly every Friday night in the life of......me.
Long HOA meeting last night; another one tonight. County growth is unable to keep pace with infrastructure. Someone has to tap the brakes or we're headed for a fiscal cliff breakdown.
Still not feeling well.
Cheers,
~skip0 -
Good morning
Glad you’re back in the US Dennis!!
Lee, I do the same thing. Was down 8.3 now it’s 7.2. Too much eating put with friends. She picked Mexican Monday.
On another note I made it to the butchers and bought amazing pork chops. I’ll be having one for lunch today.
I’ll cbl0 -
Good morning.
Welcome back, Dennis!
That sounds like a tax hike is in the offing, Skip.0 -
Skip, aren't you a part of the problem?1

Good morning BBB friends.
My ML, back in my WW days, used to talk about how it is easier to lose "fresh fat." Hold on to that, Lee and forget about the pizza thing.
Welcome back, Dennis. I'm still trying to figure out how you would need such a long layover to get to a major hub like Atlanta.
I scored an 18-inch thick chunk of fresh Madrone in a wood raffle at my turners club, last night. My fingers are itching to get on the lathe when we get home, today.0 -
Didn't know you had a cat, Skip. Hope your cold clears up soon. That part of VA has been out of control for a while...and its been bleeding over the mountain into the Shenandoah valley for the last two decades.
"Fresh fat". I like that. I'm going to be super mindful these next few days.0 -
I refer to recently gained or lost weight as soft weight. Once the loss or gain sets in it is hard weight. Dave, we had to go through customs in Newark so they allowed plenty of time. As it turns out way too much time. Saw some amazing things done with olive wood in Israel.0

•Welcome home indeed Dennis.
•Pizza pizza Lee. Typically the salt alone would bloat me up a bit even from my pho soup I had yesterday. .
•I liked doing average weights when losing or early in maintenance to see the trends.
Spring is coming with a sweet vengeance in the next couple of days. Can't wait.0 -
Morning BBB
This snow is in fast melt mode these last 24 and next 48 hours, into the 50's here. Then cold and some snow on Sunday, nahhhhh wont happen. haha.
Welcome back Dennis, you're almost home!
Hope dw/dmil are doing okay, Lee
Busy today, I should sell something (I feel an order coming) , so there's that!
Enjoy your day everyone!0 -
Good Afternoon,
Welcome back Dennis,
Mary, hoping you get a big order today
Prayers for Rita and Lee's DMIL and family
2 nights of HOA meetings, I agree folks need to be heard but make them put in in writing before they can speak and more than half will see how petty they are being; last year listened to lady go on 45 minutes because tennis court lights shown into her house, courts were there before she purchased. Our HOA meeting is next week, it could be worst.
Enjoy the Day,
Sam I am0 -
My motto as our HOA President. You worry about what your doing or not doing, I'll worry about what I am or am not doing. And as a hoa, we all will deal with the really big issues that are indeed an issue (congrats we have no really big issues)! Oh btw, you should volunteer for the HOA board we are searching for additional board members. LOL ! (room will get all quiet)0
