Hi all, I just joined the group! I have done 30ds and made it through all 3 levels, it's awesome! I just started Jillian's 30 day slim down last week and I already notice more definition in my arms! (It's a rotation of 30DS, BFBM, and NMTZ) My husband is doing it with me and he thinks Jillian and I are trying to kill him, LOL! I lost 2 pounds since I started so I can't wait to get to the end

WELCOME, any hints and tips throw them our way. im on day 6 of lv2 doing 10 days of each. Level 2 is damn hard and i just cannot wait to get to lv3 because so many people are saying its easier0
