We will be approving the blueprints next week. That will be interesting.
Dennis - your experience with the VA is so frustrating. It seems every service company treats people the same and because we "need" their service or product we endure their disrespect for our time, incompetence, and/or unprofessionalism. Arg.
Do good out there everyone.

Lee - building permits could take 2 - 3 months - I'm not sure if clearing can be done before building permits. We will learn more next week.0

Good morning BBB Friends.
- Yeh, yesterday was a frustrating day but I think I have a replacement hearing aid on order. Today is going to be a better day. Lee, I did blow a fuse but went out to my car and cooled down and then went back in.
- The local village has the Big Event today. Basically a vendor fair with food and entertainment. Nothing to get too excited about but it is fun.
- Galaxy S10 showed up yesterday and migrating from an old Galaxy to a new Galaxy is sooo easy. Now I need to box up the old one and return it for the trade in credit. Not a huge difference in the phones but I am spoiled when it comes to electronics.
- Exciting time Raine. I would love to see your plans. I watch all the HGTV shows. My one small bit of advice is put in a ton of extra electrical outlets. My builder thought I was nuts but I am filling them up. Everything plugs in today and I want to be able to plug it in where I want to.
- Positive vibes for Rita and Lee's DMIL.

As a pair of analog users in a digital world, DW and I have a hard time with our electronics. I have an I-Phone I have figured out pretty well. She has a Samsung that we hate. Can't figure out much of anything on it. If we ever replace hers, we will get her something like mine, so we only have one stream of confusion.
DS and DDIL taking me out to lunch as belated B-day celebration. Sadly, DW is still ill and won't be coming along.0 -

Lou, we have same issue here; we pay same tax as everyone else yet must maintain own roads and they expect us to vote for splost which will increase sales tax a penny for roads Tuesday.
I should get new hearing aids Wednesday.

Hello all. Worked until just now. We are heading to St Louis for the rest if the weekend. Tonight a nice steak dinner and tomorrow a brewery visit.
I have both an iPhone and a Google phone. I much prefer the Google one. Apple does a better job on photos and sharing but otherwise.
Flooding majorly at home. Good thing we weren't planning to go home this weekend as many roads are closed. On medium sized city near Omaha has no way inat all.0 -
