Hi Rick & UAC,
I won’t be in the Winner’s Circle this month after 2 more pass days while on vacation.
Realized I need to learn how to utter the words, “No thanks, I’m actually not hungry yet.” I know I’ll master this in time!

AND Thank you for your baby kind notes re: my hitting maintenance. I savored every one & it helped me recognize what I’ve accomplished.

I plan to be in the Winner’s Circle in MAY!9 -
It's our 31st wedding anniversary today ... and the wedding dress FITS .... and I have pre-logged food for the day (including our at-home celebration dinner WITH a second helping of dessert) and, with relatively limited exercise calories to cover ... it is looking to be a GREEN day .... (and it's our 31st anniversary ... a once in a lifetime event (if the exercise session gets shorted)9

Yes x 2 - No x 1 (Emergency call from a client. Home after dark, No walk).
Busy work day. One major client I work with had an urgent failure that needed attending to, so had to drop everything to go onsite and get them sorted out.
Also had a TV delivered today. Old TV had its electrics fried by a lightning strike in December last year, repaired to operational but still needed replacement (after repair, still had screen discolouration and sound issues).
Hopefully things will settle more next month.6 -

No no and no.
I’ve fizzled out towards the end of this month but I have managed to lose 8lbs so I will be taking part in May. Thanks you all for support posts like hugs etc.to anything I’ve posted. Well done to all in the winners circle and see you all tomorrow for our first 3 x yes 💪🏼9 -

Taking our Schnauzer Ollie to Tail Waggin' Tuesdays with my friend and her pup tonight. It's a fun time with lots of folks bringing their dogs to the baseball game. Go Sounds!
Looking forward to another month with this fabulous team!! I'm going to shake up my exercise routine in May. I'll ride my bike 4 days a week for 20 minutes and for 3 days a week I'll do some resistance exercises. Riding every day (except 2) for 30 minutes this month has worn me out physically. See you all in May!
