How are you doing? It's time to plan to succeed and be in the Winner's Circle. I've got 3 Pass Days. I intend to finish strong and Not take another Pass day. What about you?5 -

I didn't have a fitbit in my last pregnancy. Today, as I walked the 10-15mins uphill (er, maybe more of a gentle slope!) from where I parked the car to my antenatal hospital appointment I felt really short of breath. I glanced at my fitbit which was giving me a heart rate reading of 145! It's crazy the effect of extra blood, weight and pressure on lungs has!5 -

I’m in the same boat with the same intention.
3 Pass Days & on a 3-day trip
I plan to be in Winner’s Circle.
Brought carrots, apple, unsalted nuts, very dark chocolate.
Brought swimsuit (Yay❣️❣️) & yoga clothes for hotel gym & pool.
Sunscreen & hat for walks & the weather looks like it will cooperate!
Have a great book & art supplies (ie non-Eating entertainment!!)

I was able to white knuckle it -TWICE - and not eat the delicious looking mini-desserts at check-in (along with non-water drinks on plane)...
we can do this! Deciding between a walk outside or being brave & exploring gym/pool... decisions decisions!3 -
No matter how hard / fast I dance (and I can dance pretty darned fast) ... I won't be in the Winners' Circle this month.
Pass day #5. Last day for our co-op students ... we went out for lunch .... had MORE than the whole day's allotted calories in that one meal ..... need I say more?

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No way to make up that big a deficit .... not at my exercise intensity level.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? I had all my water today .... (tracked almost everything)

Worked overtime today for a total of a 12.5 hour shift. I’m glad I packed all my meals because I was at a remote location, and they forgot to come give me a dinner break. Made it easy to stick to my food plan!

Exercise? Yes, 45 minute walk with DH before the cold front passed through bringing lots of rain. Also spent a fair amount of time washing some walls and preparing others for paint.
Calories? Yes, the wee hours of this morning, just after midnight, I was munching down Popcorners, mindlessly. The rest of the day was a win, though, once I got busy with some spring work and making more nutritious choices. Extra calories available for a snack later, if desired.

I've used one Pass Day, but don't plan to use any others. Winner's Circle for the 4th month in a row!6 -
No winners circle for me this month. Today was another pass day. Calories and tracking were fine, but a morning visit with a friend turned into a 7 hour hang out. That kind of quality time never happens so I fully enjoyed it and my workout can wait til tomorrow!6
