@stephensweeney93 Good job!! I have also been losing weight while taking pass days. What that tells me about myself is......ohhh girl you were really in bad shape.....I still have so much more progress to make.

At least you seem to be getting the hang of hitting the food choices / tracking side more often than not! DO give yourself plenty of credit for "missing it much closer" than you were at the very beginning!0 -
